Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to regarding an incident of animal cruelty in Oxford.
It happened at around 2am on Thursday 1st of June when a man picked up and killed a mallard duck on Cornmarket Street.
The offender fled the scene before officers could attend.
Investigating officer PC Daniel Gunston, based at Cowley police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the man in this image to please get in touch as they may have vital information about this incident.
“Anyone with information can make a report online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43230241356.
